This Elderberry Jam is a perfect combination of elderberry, sugar and lemon juice. Fully organic, they are grown on our property away from any traffic. I am sure this is an old time favorite of your grandmother's. Elderberries grow in abundance around the country and have for hundreds of years. They are used for so many things and are very high in antioxidants. I use them also for making Elderflower Syrup, and Elderberry Syrup. The flavor of this jam is fantastic. I love this on that homemade Sourdough toast, or even as a quick gift for someone. Everyone loves homemade jams......
