Raw Thyme Honey
This is a great mixture of local (to my area) raw honey, and organic thyme powder. Thyme Honey is a great addition to tea during the winter. Thyme has anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, antibacterial, antiviral, expectorant, and astringent properties. Thyme is great for respiratory infections and coughs. Adult Dose:
1/2 - 1 teaspoon up to 3 times a day as needed.
