Blue Jean Pillows: Yes! Another upcycled product to my line. I am so very excited to offer these items.
These pillows are made using vintage repurposed blue jean material, because I believe in recycling and reusing what I can, and they are so fun and colorful!! I was always told by my mother "waste not want not" which is pure Scotch thinking and is the purest form of using the things on hand for daily devices. Trying to get back to the simple life makes you think about the waste in the world today. Landfills are filling up, and this is but one little way that I can help. The use of old unused items seems the perfect way to make tools that are needed every day, from "stuff" that you already have on hand. There are so many uses for denim. These pillows are made with vintage recycled blue jean fabric and a pillow of some sort. I look around at garage sales and thrift shops for my pillow bases. I only choose clean pillows, but I try to keep these out of the land fill also. These are so much fun to use and decorate with. They make great gifts. The pockets allow for remote or phone holders.
The price is for 1 Blue Jean pillow, they vary in price depending on the size.
Made with whatever size pillows I happen to have. It is like a puzzle putting them together, as I like to make them interesting.
