No Chill Hood
I am thrilled to have discovered this pattern. I found this pattern on the MadelineTosh website, while I was browsing and drooling over their yarn. LOL It is a sickness that I have. Anyway, some of the hood/face covering hoods that I have knit are not the simple style that I really enjoy knitting, and sharing with my customers. This one really is. You should give it a try. It is really a fun knit, and a very usable item when it gets cold.
Here is the link on Ravelry to the pattern: Designer is Lena Skvagerson

No Chill Hood:
As you can see, I am knitting this project with many different brands of wool.
The first one I knit using MadelineTosh ASAP (SuperSkein) 100% Superwash Merino Wool
I knit again using Fainting Goat Fiber Co Super Bulky Lite, in Grindelwald in Winter colorway. (my favorite)
This pattern takes 2 skeins of yarn, or one of their Super Skeins (130+ yards)
Total Height: 20"
Hood Height: 14"
Hood Width: 20"
Rib Neck: 6"
To wear, I tuck the neck piece into the hood and put it on. Then I bring the neck part up over my face.
Product Care:
Hand wash and flat, as all products are knit with 100%.
