During the Victorian Era, ladies would occupy their time china painting. I personally have some beautiful family pieces that my grandmother painted during this time. I truly love the lost arts. I actually try many of them. For example see my Lavender Wands.
This tray:
Measures 8 x 11
Is made in Limoges France. Not sure where it was painted, as I said, during the Victorian Era, women would purchase blank porcelain items and china paint them.

Is gold gilded around the edges of the tray.
Looks to be a beautiful array of Forget Me Not flowers on a sky blue background.
This is a beautiful piece and would look good on any dresser.
