This herbal first aid kit is an essential item to take along with you on your ventures because sometimes stuff just happens.  It conveniently has belt slots for easy attachment to your belt, or it is small enough to put into your backpack. It contains the necessary items to treat minor injuries such as cuts, scrapes, headaches, or minor burns.  The bag is soft leather and also contains a beautiful vintage button for fastening purposes. This bag will be the envy of all your friends.

• • Hand Crafted Leather Belt bag: this bag measures 6" wide by 5 1/4" tall.  The front boasts a beautiful vintage button that holds everything in place. The buttons and designs may vary and I will try to update the photos. Because it would be easier to carry, there are slits in the back to allow you to slide it onto your belt. 
  • 1/2 oz tin Drawing Salve: Apply this salve topically to splinters, boils, insect bites, and anything to be drawn out of the body.
  • 1/2 oz tin Calendula Salve: Calendula also is a mandatory item for all first aid kits. It has antifungal, anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, and antibacterial properties. Apply topically for healing wounds, calming stings, soothing eczema, and relieving rashes. I use it for skin splits on my fingers.
  • 1/2 oz tin Vapor Rub: This is a soothing multipurpose rub. Use it for headaches, sore muscles, and also for congestion. This rub is a natural way to help alleviate the symptoms of a cold.
  • 1 oz bottle Yarrow Tincture: This tincture is mandatory for all first aid kits. Yarrow is antimicrobial, antiviral, diuretic, stimulant, and a nice astringent. Add 2.5 ml in your tea for a warm tummy tea to assist with intestinal distress or lower fever. Apply it topically to aid in the cleansing of wounds, soothe rashes, and stop minor bleeding.
  • A handmade crochet cotton pad that is made with organic cotton and can be washed and re-used. Used for cleansing wounds.
  • 10 Bamboo Organic Cotton Swabs: These are biodegradable swabs for first aid and are wound together with a length of twine. (Everyone needs twine or so says my husband)
  • 3 Biodegradable Bandages: natural bamboo bandages. Fully biodegradable, no latex, and sterile.

Drawing Salve: Calendula infused Olive Oil, Castor Oil, Beeswax, Activated Charcoal, Bentonite Clay, Lavender & Tea Tree Essential Oils.
Calendula Salve: Calendula infused Sweet Almond/Olive Oil, Organic Beeswax, and Organic Lavender Essential Oil.
Vapor Rub: Eucalyptus infused Olive Oil, Coconut Oil, Beeswax, Peppermint, Eucalyptus, and Rosemary Essential Oils.
Yarrow Tincture: Yarrow infused Vodka
